Room prices range from $168.00 to $215.00 per night for rooms accommodating 1 to 2 guests. There is a charge for additional guests. Our adjoining rooms; the Blue and Burgundy Rooms sleep up to 5 guests comfortably priced for $280.00 per night.
All of our rooms at the Highland House are Pet Friendly rooms for those that wish to bring their furry and/or feathered family members along. There is not an additional charge for pets. Pets are welcomed in all of our guest rooms and common areas.
Nearby, Sunset Beach & Higbee Beach are a great place for pup to get plenty of exercise while their owners sit back, relax and enjoy the magnificent bay and sunset views. We feature air-conditioning, refrigerators, televisions and WIFI for our Highland House guests.

Policies
Reservations are secured when a 50% deposit has been received. Minimum stay requirements range from 2 to 7 days depending on the room selection and time of year. Smoking on the open air porch only!

Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled 14 days or less prior to the stay will be charged in full. Deposits will be applied towards a future stay for cancellations received more than 14 days prior to the stay.
